Hackers slammed the Arizona Department of Police for a third time on Thursday night, exposing police e-mails with more racism directed at Arabs, anti-immigrant chain e-mails, and crude jokes about President Obama. The Chinga La Migra Comminque III, "Fraternal Ownage of Police," targets Arizona's Fraternal Order of Police. The Antisec movement said they are defacing and taking down their websites, on behalf of the rights of immigrants and working people. "You will no longer be able to operate your campaign of terror against immigrants and working people in secrecy: we will find you, expose you, and knock you off the internet."

UPDATED: Tuscon police chief candidate in 2009, was a "stalker," according to Fraternal Order of Police, and eight of the worst e-mails

At 2 a.m. on Friday morning, all city and state websites for the Fraternal Order of Police in Arizona were offline, including websites for Arizona, FPO Labor Council, Mesa, Tucson and Maricopa. On Friday morning, July 1, the websites were still down.

On Twitter, AnonymousIRC wrote, "A wild deface appears: http://www.mesafop.com/. Hello, Arizona Police. 6500 officers trying to catch us, we read your mails #antisec."

On Friday morning on Twitter, the hackers said they are still reading the police e-mails. "One of the great parts of all this is that officials are writing the word 'LULZ' in their super-serious emails."

The statement with the third data release says, "In this batch of emails we found more racist email chain emails, including Springerville's police chief Mike Nuttal forwarding jokes about torturing 'ragheads.' FOP president Brandon L Musgrave was also forwarding anti-muslim emails while also purchasing large amounts of guns, so we're dumping his paypal and credit card information as well."

The e-mails reveal some of the secrets harbored by the Tucson Fraternal Order of Police.

Tucson Police Sgt. Musgrave's e-mails have purchases for AK parts, with anti-immigrant chain letters, and an incoming e-mail questioning the selection of 'Taz' as a potential Tucson police chief in 2009. It questions the choice and wonders how the candidate got "passed the stalking issue."

The incoming e-mail from a fellow officer in the Fraternal Order of Police says of 'Taz,' "Not to mention he is a stalker and nothing was ever done about that and I think he will have the same type of admin. (cover ups especially commanders) and don't forget he was one of those who resigned FOP because of what we did with Schlitz."

The e-mail forwarded by Springerville Police Chief Mike Nuttal praises torture. (Springerville is located near both Navajo and Apache Indian Nations in north central Arizona, where Native Americans have exposed racism.)

The e-mail that Nuttal forwards says, "You've got to love this Guy!! DON CHERRY of hockey night in Canada , was asked on a local live radio talk show, just what he thought about the allegations of torture of suspected terrorists. His reply prompted his ejection from the studio, but to thunderous applause from the audience. HIS STATEMENT: 'If hooking up one raghead terrorist prisoner's testicles to a car battery to get the truth out of the lying little camel shagger will save just one Canadian life, then I have only three things to say: 'Red is positive, black is negative, and make sure his nuts are wet.'"

With three data dumps now by Antisec hackers Anonymous and Lulzsec, as Stephen Lemons at Phoenix New Times points out, there are still no e-mail releases of the racist and anti-immigrant Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio.

In the third release of e-mails, there is a lengthy statement from Arizona State Senator Sylvia Allen, in an e-mail of the Fraternal Order of Police in Tucson, on borders and immigration.

Sen. Allen said of immigrants, "It will do no good to give them amnesty because thousands will come behind them and we will be over run to the point that there will no longer be the United States of America but a North American Union of open borders.

"I ask you what form of government will we live under? How long will it be before we will be just like Mexico , Canada or any of the other Central American or South American country? We have already lost our language, everything must be printed in Spanish. We have already lost our history, it is no longer taught in our schools, and we have lost our borders."

"The leftist media has distorted what SB 1070 will do. It is not going to set up a Nazi Germany. Are you kidding? The ACLU and the leftist courts will do everything to protect those who are here illegally ...," Sen. Allen said in the statement sent by e-mail on June 6, 2010.

Here is the Antisec statement for the third data release, which calls for resistance to governments and corporations:

    **## CHINGA LA MIGRA COMMUNIQUE 3 ** 7/01/2011 ** FRATERNAL OWNAGE OF POLICE ***
    *******************************************************************************
"For the third knockout blow against Arizona law enforcement, we decided to get destructive. We're defacing eight AZ Fraternal Order of Police websites and releasing a master list of over 1200 officer's usernames, passwords, and email addresses.

Additionally we are leaking hundreds of private FOP documents and several more mail spools belonging to FOP presidents, vice presidents, secretaries, a police chief, and the FOP Labor Council executive directory and webmaster whose insecure web development skills was responsible for this whole mess. We're doing this not only because we are opposed to SB1070 and the racist Arizona police state, but because we want a world free from police, prisons and politicians altogether.

In this batch of emails we found more racist email chain emails, including Springerville's police chief Mike Nuttal forwarding jokes about torturing "ragheads". FOP president Brandon L Musgrave was also forwarding anti-muslim emails while also purchasing large amounts of guns, so we're dumping his paypal and credit card information as well.

Other drama includes internal arguments over FOP positions, disputes over arrested FOP member Michelle Preiss, lots of crude anti-Obama jokes, and lots lots more. Amusingly we also were reading James Mann's emails as they were discussing the AZDPS hacks and struggling to send out press releases explaining why they had a sex offender in their FOP ranks. Initially James changed all his passwords and pulled the AZFOP sites down out of fear of impending hacker attacks, but there is no stopping the kind of chaos we bring upon all those who cross our path.

Truth be told we've been passing around this password list amongst our black comrades for a while now. Much to our amusement we've been reading everybody's emails looking for dirt and personal info, while leaking bits and pieces to expose and instill fear into the crooked cops of Arizona. However the list proved to be too great, and now we are seeking community assistance in going through everybody's inbox to retrieve and expose their secrets. Go forth and bring mayhem to the lives of these corrupt officers, and tell us what you find on irc.anonops.li #antisec.

Let this third and crushing blow against Arizona police send a strong message to the ruling class around the world. You will no longer be able to operate your campaign of terror against immigrants and working people in secrecy: we will find you, expose you, and knock you off the internet. Many lulz have been had while we purposefully strung you along slowly and painfully for the past two weeks. We know exactly what we're doing, so think twice before considering crossing us.

Hackers of the world, join us as we resist against the governments and corporations of the world, for there is enough bounty for everybody aboard the good ship #antisec." 66.

You've got to love this Guy!!
DON CHERRY of hockey night in Canada , was asked on a local live radio talk show, just what he thought about the allegations of torture of suspected terrorists. His reply prompted his ejection from the studio, but to thunderous applause from the audience.
    HIS STATEMENT:
"If hooking up one raghead terrorist prisoner's testicles to a car battery to get the truth out of the lying little camel shagger will save just one Canadian life, then I have only three things to say:
'Red is positive, black is negative, and make sure his nuts are wet."
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Police Officer Lorraine Thompson, former president of the Fraternal Order of Police in Tucson, received a long statement from Arizona State Senator Sylvia Allen, regarding the border and immigration, dated June 6, 2010.
    Here is an excerpt:
"It will do no good to give them amnesty because thousands will come behind them and we will be over run to the point that there will no longer be the United States of America but a North American Union of open borders. I ask you what form of government will we live under? How long will it be before we will be just like Mexico , Canada or any of the other Central American or South American country? We have already lost our language, everything must be printed in Spanish. We have already lost our history, it is no longer taught in our schools, and we have lost our borders.
The leftist media has distorted what SB 1070 will do. It is not going to set up a Nazi Germany. Are you kidding? The ACLU and the leftist courts will do everything to protect those who are here illegally, but it was an effort to try and stop illegals from setting up businesses, and employment, and receiving state services and give the ability to local law enforcement when there is probable cause, like a traffic stop, to determine if they are here legally. Federal law is very clear, if you are here on a visa you must have your papers on you at all times. That is the law. In Arizona all you need to show you are a legal citizen is a driver license, MVD identification card, Native American Card, or a Military ID. This is what you need to vote or get a hunting license. So nothing new has been added to this law. No one is going to be stopped walking down the street. The Socialists who are in power in DC are angry because we dare try and do something. The Socialists wants us to just let them come. They want the 'Transformation' to continue.
Maybe it is too late to save America . Maybe we are not worthy of freedom anymore. But as an elected official I must try to do what I can to protect our Constitutional Republic . Living in America is not a right just because you can walk across the border. Being an American is a responsibility and it comes by respecting and upholding the Constitution, the law of our land, which says what you must do to be a citizen of this country.
    FREEDOM IS NOT FREE.
    Senator Sylvia Allen."

Officer Jim Mann discusses the hack attack on Arizona police:

    -------- Original Message --------

Subject: RE: Statement on latest hack/convicted sex offender

    From: "Jim Mann"

    Date: Wed, June 29, 2011 2:17 pm

OK. I did get called by the reporter to verify Leibo's position as a spokesman. The
reporter gave me some of the new names. A few are FOP members. Not all of the
names are DPS, but, most are. There is an AJ officer 'Sabo'on the list. The
reporter said he wasn't going to go into too much depth on the info revealed by the
hackers. Just FYI, I'm going to take down most of the AZ FOP web sites as a
    precaution.
Jim Mann, Executive Director Fraternal Order of Police Arizona Labor
    Council
    ================================================================================
An e-mail excerpt from Sgt. Brandon Musgrave in Tucson:

"Then the illegals came by the tens of thousands.

Suddenly our taxes went up to pay for free services; small apartments are
housing 5 families: you have to wait 6 hours to be seen by an emergency room
doctor: your child's 2nd grade class is behind other schools because over
half the class doesn't speak English: Corn Flakes now come in a bilingual
box; I have to press "one" to hear my bank talk to me in English, and people
waving flags other than "Old Glory" are squawking and screaming in the
streets, demanding more rights and free liberties.

Maybe it's time for the government to take down the bird feeder.

If you agree, pass this on........."

AntiSec and Anonymous Hackers announced via Twitter that they absconded with up to 10 Giga Bytes of confidential information, including protected witnesses. Also Today 77 Law Enforcement websites hit in mass attack by #Antisec Anonymous.

Because of FBI’s actions against Anonymous and Lulzsec including several arrests, Now AntiSec supporters have targeted 77 law enforcement domains and walked away with everything on them. 77 domains were hosted on the same server. Few weeks before AntiSec targeted Arizona police departments, leaking personal information and other sensitive data, in response to immigration laws passed by the state. This time however, the latest law enforcement raid by AntiSec is in response to actions taken by the FBI.

    77 US law enforcement institutions were attacked including : 20jdpa.com, adamscosheriff.org, admin.mostwantedwebsites.net,alabamasheriffs.com, arkansassheriffsassociation.com,bakercountysheriffoffice.org, barrycountysheriff.com, baxtercountysheriff.com,baxtercountysherifffoundation.org, boonecountyar.com, boonesheriff.com,cameronso.org, capecountysheriff.org, cherokeecountyalsheriff.com,cityofgassville.org, cityofwynne.com, cleburnecountysheriff.com,coahomacountysheriff.com, crosscountyar.org, crosscountysheriff.org,drewcountysheriff.com, faoret.com, floydcountysheriff.org, fultoncountyso.org,georgecountymssheriff.com, grantcountyar.com, grantcountysheriff-collector.com,hodgemansheriff.us, hotspringcountysheriff.com, howardcountysheriffar.com,izardcountyar.org, izardcountysheriff.org, izardhometownhealth.com,jacksonsheriff.org, jeffersoncountykssheriff.com, jeffersoncountyms.gov,jocomosheriff.org, johnsoncosheriff.com, jonesso.com, kansassheriffs.org,kempercountysheriff.com, knoxcountysheriffil.com, lawrencecosheriff.com,lcsdmo.com, marioncountysheriffar.com, marionsoal.com, mcminncountysheriff.com,meriwethercountysheriff.org, monroecountysheriffar.com, mosheriffs.com,mostwantedgovernmentwebsites.com, mostwantedwebsites.net,newtoncountysheriff.org, perrycountysheriffar.org, plymouthcountysheriff.com,poalac.org, polkcountymosheriff.org, prairiecountysheriff.org,prattcountysheriff.com, prentisscountymssheriff.com, randolphcountysheriff.org,rcpi-ca.org, scsosheriff.org, sebastiancountysheriff.com, sgcso.com,sharpcountysheriff.com, sheriffcomanche.com, stfranciscountyar.org,stfranciscountysheriff.org, stonecountymosheriff.com, stonecountysheriff.com,talladegasheriff.org, tatecountysheriff.com, tishomingocountysheriff.com,tunicamssheriff.com, vbcso.com, woodsonsheriff.com

In 77 law enforcement domains were attacked, resulting in the theft of 5-10GB worth of sensitive documents. Some of the data lifted in the AntiSec raids includes training files, and the personal information like names, addresses, phone numbers, Social Security Numbers, usernames, and passwords of more than 7,000 officers from dozens of police departments.
“[The compromised data] also contained jail inmate databases and active warrant information, but we are redacting the name/address info to demonstrate how those facing the gun of the criminal injustice system are our comrades and not our adversaries. On the other hand, we will be making public name and contact information about informants who had the false impression that they would be able to ‘anonymously’ snitch in secrecy.”

“We demand prosecutors immediately drop all charges and investigations against all ‘Anonymous’ defendants,” Attacker said.

“To law enforcement: your bogus trumped-up charges against the Anonymous PayPal
LOIC attacks will not stick, nor will your intimidation tactics stop us from exposing your corruption. While many of the recent ‘Anonymous’ arrestees are completely innocent, there is no such thing as an innocent cop, and we will act accordingly.”

“To our hacker comrades: now is the time to unite and fight back against our common oppressors. Escalate attacks against government, corporate, law enforcement and military targets: destroy their systems and leak their private data.”

Sheriff Montgomery’s , of Baxter County, Arkansas, website is among the 77 recently targeted by AntiSec.
As of Saturday evening, baxtercountysheriff.com remains offline. A mirror of the site’s defacement by AntiSec is here. Additionally, cityofgassville.org, was offline as well. It too is listed as one of the 77 sites targeted by AntiSec.
