A cop killed a 12year old girl in The Netherlands... he wasn't on duty, but still... the girl was home alone when he rang, next she was missing... now the murderer confessed to his girlfriend(who's also a cop), and they went to the police to turn him in
I personally am not the kind of person who hates all cops without knowing them(don't hate them, hate the organisation), but this doesn't make them look any better I guess

ah, well i hate cops without knowing them exactly for this reason, because this happens more than we think. When you put that kind of "authority" into someones hands, their never a good person, in my personal opinion.
...i know you gentlemen have been through a lot, and when you find the time id rather not spend the rest of this winter TIED TO THIS FUCKING COUCH

I've met some nice cops in my life but I will say that I do also hate all cops without knowing them. This sort of thing does happen more than we hear to the point where its quite sickening. The police have ruined themselves in my eyes and all the things I see them doing that I actually do approve of (this is usually limited to getting people out of car crashes) can for the most part be done by anyone without a gun.
Civilization is a train, speeding towards a tunnel, painted on the side of a mountain, I will watch it sink into the earth, like an empty suit of armor.

i'm wondering, what is the point of posting all these policemen killing people stories? I mean, most of us already hate police anyways, so I'm curious what the intentions are of the people who post these. This is not a criticism, I am just curious.

Well for starters, people like me can show ignorant sheep the hidden truth about their underdog heroes since no cops killing citizens is aired over here. Repeatedly posting events about cop incidents would further increase our already grown hate towards the cops and gain credibility with our accusations of police brutality.

i hate a lot of cops but there are a few out there who have no interest in bothering people for smoking pot or drinking in public or even protesting. some of them just want to keep rapists and heroin dealers off the streets. i think it is important to remember those cops, even though the wide majority of them like fucking sheep. sheep fuckers should be buried alive in mass graves.

good cop bad cop, some cops are genuine and out for good, however the majority are power hungry pricks who abuse there positions in society and expect to get away consequence free. i am happy to know that at least this fucker and his wife had some sort of conscience and turned himself in. bastard. a similar thing happened here in Canada not to long ago where a high up army general motherfucker raped and killed a string of young women.

This story is in the news in The Netherlands all the time, and this kind of stuff rarely happens in our country, I don't think I've ever seen anything like this in the national news before and my intention is not to make people hate cops more than they do, I was just wondering if you know more shit like this that happened lately, or maybe people knew more about the incident...

Even if this person wasn't a cop, that's sick. Anxiety69 wrote:i see, there have been quite a few similar topics posted here recently if u seacrh the threads. Its more then ok to post them, i was just wondering what people who post these are hoping to accomplish by doing so, if anything.
& if you're talking about my post, I read the news daily. I can put more news up here about other things... Like the stuff about a man who was a prisoner in war from Ohio... Or the 6 yr that committed suicide after his parents sent him to his room.

Can't speak for everyone else but i'd appriciate that, the news is deathly boring here, filled with more bs than news

I actually think it's really important to talk about this stuff. I feel like it's only been recently that stories of police brutality are getting widely reported. I was super surprised that the story about the cops in Martinsville, IN went national. I imagine this has a lot to do with the ubiquity of cellphone cameras: we're starting to catch their violenty thuggery on camera more and more often. You have to think about the fact that, every day, we are all force fed the message that cops are the thin blue line between civilization and total chaos. I think it's just psychologically healthy to say out loud or write in a public forum stories that contradict this propaganda. It's a way to shrug off that subliminal influence.

I don't hate all cops. One of my uncle's is a cop, but I'm sure a majority of cops are douchebags.
