I tried a method of Guerrilla gigging and it didn't go so well.
I thought it was relatively clever, but here's what i did.
I posted fliers around town with little barcodes that you scan with your phone, and when scanned, it redirected you to a website that simply said
"Check this website at 5 PM tomorrow for something cool!"
Then they'd have to wait until the next day at 5PM...
Then at around 4:48, i'd rearrange the website with Information saying
"There is a band playing here in 10 minutes (5PM) in this location. Tell your friends, tell your family, whoever to come if they please.Here is a song to give you and idea what they sound like"
Then i'd post a video link with my songs.
about 5 people showed up, then again, i don't blame the others. Meeting in a park in Terre Haute can be...iffy.
