New keny arkana videoclip released yesterday:
@theoldpunk : i have talked with her a couple of time, she contacted us because she like our anarchist journal. i'm not sure if she is anachist but she is definatly strongly influenced by anarchism
Here is some real radical anarchist rap:
"The Frankenstein monster you created's turned against you, now you're hated" - ©ra$s™ (Reject Of Society)

There is a a group called "Non Phixion" and I wouldn't go to call them anarchists (Or at least i am not aware that they are, so I wouldn't state it) but they are very political and seemingly anti-government. They are my favorite rap group, listen to "Refuse to Lose" and "I shot Reagan". Two of their best songs, in my opinion.

strong stuff.
"money is the root of all evil" is a (great track, but a) bit of an abbreviation, you CAN have capitalism without money. (and sexism is another root of "evil" that is possible independent of capitalism)
the clip of "we need a revolution" is quite powerful stuff. "selling d.o.p.e." is an outstanding soul-song.
their (M-1 & stic-man) solo-stuff is quite mainstream for the most part (no big surprise).

The position being taken is not to be mistaken For attempted education or righteous accusation Only a description just an observation of the pitiful Condition of our degeneration Walls made of opinions thru which we speak and never listen Ceiling made of pride vicious and self satisfied Door thats made of rage hard and slowly aged Always closing tighter with every war that's waged Room without a window cant see out... Floor is made of lives wed gladly end to stay inside Corners made of borders, borders made of law and order Painted with the words of politicians and religion Plastered with the wreckage of our cultural division Room without a window cant see out.

If it had not been for these things, I might have lived out my life talking at street corners to scorning men. I might have died, unmarked, unknown, a failure. Now we are not a failure. This is our career and our triumph. Never in our full life could we hope to do such work for tolerance, for justice, for man's understanding of man as now we do by accident. Our words — our lives — our pains — nothing! The taking of our lives — lives of a good shoemaker and a poor fish-peddler — all! That last moment belongs to us — that agony is our triumph - Bartolomeo Vanzetti

I like Dead Prez, Emcee Lynx, Tupac Shakur, NWA, and of course the father of political hip hop and all rap as well; Gil Scott-Heron

its nice to see some of that especially with all the promotion of greed, materialism and sexism that makes up the majority of what that scenes mainstream side promotes.pure garbage
