Read an article of it somewhere, supposedly it's zombie-inspired grindcore XD
Dudes were all dressed up and shit too, seemed pretty serious about it XD
Forgot what band it was tho :p

Think I am going to organise a band, we are going to be rainbowcore/kittencore.

Hardcore about how fucking awesome rainbows and kittens are, I think growling is needed to get the full effect.

Limp Wrist are fairly awesome, liking what I have heard so far.

The start to this is great hahaha.

Limp Wrist are just fantastic. There's also this EP out by this band Needles who I think has Limp Wrist's singer (and maybe a few other members) that's pretty rad.

I front a queer punk band in Indiana (where no one listens), it's not necessarily queercore but we have a lowfi garage sound like most of the riot grrl bands.
If anyone would care to listen and give an opinion I'd greatly appreciate it!

Hey tuxedo welcome to APN, why don't you put this download in the 'Other' downloads section (if it's not Anarcho) with a track list and artwork and just put a link to it asking for feedback.... :ecouteurs:

Limp Wrist are one of the only good TRUE hardcore bands out there. Everything Martin does is golden.

Gotta love M.D.C. too. Though they're not focused solely on sexuality, the singer is openly gay (to the dismay of some uber-macho skinhead fans back in the day) and some songs do focus on the subject so I would count them as "queercore". Anarchist to boot, fucking EPIC.

Also I didn't go thought the entire thread and see all the bands listed, and I know a few have already been mentioned, but here are bands I think you should check out:
    Bikini Kill
    Huggy Bear
    Bratmobile
    Partyline
    Skinned Teen
    Mika Miko
    Marine Girls
    Raooul
    Blatz
    Heavens to Betsy
    Sleater-Kinney
    Le Tigre
    Free Kitten
    Kitten Forever
    Tiger Trap
    The Butchies
    The Frumpies
    Kleenex/Liliput
    Lydia Lunch

These range from riot grrrl, to twee, to queercore, to post punk/no wave.
Alot of stuff I used to be really into.
