Smut was a very good all-girls band from Minneapolis, active in the early 90's. They had a great Ep on PE (I think). Otherwise, I would recommend HHM from Brittany, Banjax from Japan and the mighty As Mercenarias from Brazil, anarcho-postpunk at its best.

The only band I can think of off the top of my head who haven't been mentioned yet is Bruise Violet. I'd highly recommend them, they're great. They're a fairly political all-female fast hardcore band.
