Includes a 2 panel double sided lyrics insert, rather than a foldout poster sleeve. Skuld address and band info are swapped on back. Skuld info not in handwritten style. Enregistred & mixed in 6 hours in Studio Boterdiep Grunn, 02.06.'93. Tracks A2 and B2 are swapped on record. Runouts are mismatched with sides A & B.

Hardcore/Crust band from Groningen, Netherlands formed by ex-members of [a=Mushroom Attack].

Band members: Esther (3), Pelle (3), Robbie (6), Piet, Jim (41), Stiff (5), James Brown (45), Pierre Maurice (2), Oene Brandsma
Band ex-members: , Joshua (18), Maynard (2)

In the beginning of 1993, Maynard, Piet and Robbie decided to start a new band, with the help of Joshua. FLEAS AND LICE was born from the ashes of MUSHROOM ATTACK. In April 1993, Esther joined on vocals. In the beginning of 1995 Oene joined on bass. In 1996 Esther took a break for half a year, and Willy from HIATUS replaced her for the time being. In 1997 Piet got hit by a taxi cab and couldn’t play guitar for 14 months. In 1998 Pelle replaced Maynard on drums. In December 2002 Oene leaves the band and gets replaced by Stiff from Scotland. Jim got added in early 2004 as a second guitarplayer.

Label - Skuld Releases

German DIY punk/crust/thrash/grind label established in 1991. It was run by a1951245 until his accidental death in Spring of 2015. The label released material from a large number of independent bands. Since 2015 Skuld Releases' partner-label Ruin Nation Records continue Skuld Releases' back catalog with permission of selected bands and artist.

In 1996 they teamed up with Profane Existence (USA) to release a number of co-releases, always using both label names as prefix (EXIST/SKULD, SKULD/EXIST, SKULD-EXIST, SKULD - EXIST or similar). This collaboration ended in 1999.
